A highly decorated athlete from Jacksonville Florida, Christian was an Under Armour All American in baseball and an All City running back at Providence high school in Jacksonville Florida.

He played baseball at the collegiate level for the Florida Gators for a year and was the Captain of the FAU baseball team until graduating.

He quickly learned his passion was in athletics and became a personal trainer, helping people realize their fitness goals and changing lives in the process.

Although Christian coached high school baseball at American Heritage for 3 years and worked as a baseball trainer and hitting coach at TBT, he has also worked with tennis, track and field, and, of course football athletes bringing their games to levels they haven’t seen before. He brings an intensity and knowledge to his personal training sessions that is unmatched and seldom seen. Christian epitomizes what a trainer should be, he brings a hands-on approach, combined with strict, coaching and motivation. That will get you serious results in a short time.
